Atherton Afternoon 1966
Inspired by the luxury the town of Atherton represented to me as a child, this luxe silk scarf is a study in right angles--gold, magenta, royal blue, and black. This scarf is a shape shifter with myriad versions depending on how you wrap it. But any way you fold it, Atherton Afternoon 1966 speaks of sophistication and perhaps a day well spent on brunch and the latest exhibit at the museum.
Details:100%silk. Dimensions: 11" x 60". Every scarf is a one of a kind. So while there will be other scarves in the Atherton Afternoon 1966 series, there will never be one just like yours. Model below is shown wearing another scarf from this series.
As the scarves are hand painted rather than digitally printed, expect irregularities and inconsistencies in the colors. For some, they could be imperfections. For others, they are the cracks where the lights get in, a reminder of the human hands that made the scarf. If you are not completely happy with your scarf, though, please know that you have 30 days to return it for a refund or store credit no questions asked.
Care: Hand wash separately. Iron at silk setting.
